It is with sadness that we announce the passing of one of the greats…handsome and lovable Taz, a long-term resident in the Feline Leukemia building at SOAR, has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.
Taz turned 15 in January, a testament to the fact that an FeLV+ kitty can live a long life. Taz was a big love who loved to lay in the sun, or sit in your lap forever, especially if you were brushing him. He had a knack for laying in the middle of the floor, right where you needed to sweep or mop.
And he knew exactly the routine and when it came time for feeding, he was always the first in line.
You’re forever in our hearts, Tazzy. We’ll never forget you!
